Shop Policies

 

Processing Time

Physical Product:

  • Shipping time: 2-5 business days for domestic (US) orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders.

     

  • Processing time: It takes 1-2 months to fulfill handmade orders. After we ship the package, it is in the hands of the shipping company you choose at checkout (USPS/UPS/DHL).

Digital Product: 

  • Patterns will be sent to your email immediately. Nothing will be mailed to you.

 

Shipping

  • We cannot 100% guarantee any specific delivery dates. 

  • The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, processing begins immediately and we may not be able to cancel your order if it's already been packed.

  • If your order gets redirected back to us due to an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at info@biyabimi.com. The customer will be responsible for any reshipment shipping fees.

 

Customs and Import Taxes

  • The customer is responsible for all customs fees and import taxes. These fees can be added at the time of delivery due to the new tariff policies.

 

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

  • At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Since digital products cannot be returned, we won't be able to issue a refund.
